With our HR background, the knowledge from the inside and outside of the hiring process, and our exposure to different industries and different levels of business management, during the session, you will learn the best methods to follow when drafting your CV to ensure you gain the attention of the Hiring Manager. A tailor-made process for you.

Interview Preparation

Lots of advice already out there online telling you how to prepare for an interview. “Read about the company”. “About their values”. “Check their people stories”. “Prepare examples”. “Be ready to ask questions”. “Be cconfident”, etc. etc. etc..

During this session you will learn how to prepare for your next job interview. We will talk about the approach you should take and the points you should focus on the most. We will talk about strategy and how to apply it. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story, can make all the difference. We will guide you to success.

Performance Management

Is your manager chasing you again? Your targets are falling short? Another performance review is approaching? Maybe your manager already told you to enter a Performance Improvement Plan?

During this session, we will not talk only goals and activities. We will talk about your rights too. We will explore all the options. Then we will build a strategy together and a plan thereof to make that strategy succeed.

We will define what best matches your needs and situation, and we will explore new ways to improve your performance in order to exceed expectations of yourself and your manager.

Regardless of which stage you are at in your career (just starting, 10 years of experience, or 30 years of experience), we are here to help you. The people we have supported over the last 10 years have been at various stages of their career.

  • You must have a draft CV at minimum. The HR Guy can help you, but there shouldn’t be any excuse for not creating a draft CV by yourself before reaching out. Trust me, just by searching on the Web, it will not take you more than 5 minutes to find a template. Start working on it, and at the end of the process you will understand why I say you “must have a draft”. It will help you reflect and will help you come prepared to the conversation with The HR Guy. It will make everything easier for you. So, make a draft (doesn’t need to be perfect), and then reach out here.
